Free & Access
Is it really free?
Yes. IonCore is free to use. We don’t sell keys, subscriptions or “pro” tiers. If someone tries to sell you access, it’s not us.
Do I need an account?
No account required. You can download and run the loader right away. Email is optional if you want support updates.
Setup & Usage
Do I need to install anything?
No manual installation. Download the loader from Games, run it, pick a game — that’s it.
The loader won’t start. What now?
Temporarily disable aggressive antivirus, run as Administrator, and ensure your OS/game are up to date. If it still fails, contact support and attach the log file.
Safety & Bans
Will I get banned?
We focus on staying undetected and ship updates quickly. Avoid obvious abuse (teleporting, rage toggles, etc.) and keep features within legit-looking limits to reduce risk.
How do you handle detections?
If a patch increases risk, we disable affected features and push a fix. Check the game badge on Games for current status.
Updates & Compatibility
How fast are updates?
We track game patches daily. Minor fixes typically ship within hours; larger anti-cheat changes may take longer. Status is reflected on each game card.
Which games are supported?
The supported list is on the Games page and updates automatically based on activity and demand.
Privacy & Trust
What data do you collect?
We don’t require personal data to use the loader. For support, you may share an email and logs voluntarily. See Privacy Policy for details.
Do you inject ads or miners?
No. There are no injected ads, background miners, or bundled “offers”. If your AV flags the loader, it’s usually due to packing/overlay techniques. Grab it only from our website.

How fast do you reply?
We aim for first response under 1 hour during peak time, and within a few hours otherwise. Use the form on Support and include logs for the fastest resolution.
Is there a refund policy?
There’s nothing to charge for — IonCore is free. If something breaks, we’ll fix it or mark it as temporarily unavailable.
